Happy Caturday from Jelly-Bean!One of the things I've found useful when working from home is to have a decoy chair in my office. The only problem is you need at least as many decoy chairs as you have cats.

So Tango (younger dog) had a lump that ended up being some kind of infection (yay because at first we/the vet thought it might be a tumour) and so he's been on antibiotics for the infection and steroids for the inflammation for the past week.
Short aside: how good is medicine, and how lucky that we can access it and afford it for our pets, which has not always been the case, so I'm grateful
The vet said, 'So the steroids will make him hungry and thirsty. Don't feed him too many extra treats but definitely make sure he has as much to drink as he wants'
She did not mention that this would also mean he would Not. Stop. Weeing.
So much wee. So many accidents. At least the floor is getting cleaned a lot...
A Dachshund mama found that one of her "puppies" was slightly more trouble than the others-but that was because it wasn't a puppy at all. It was a tiny orange cat. Welcome to Caturday with a side of Woofday

There's growing chatter on about the number of accounts that spam with stolen stuff, mostly from . They don't get a ton of engagement, but they drown OG content with their low-quality reposts of stuff that we've all seen a year ago. Sign ups are about to open again on Loops and I highly recommend that you make the move if you were on the fence, because we need to drown THEM out with OG content. Don't worry about anything, it's still in beta so your shaky videos are A-OK
From my limited perspective from scrolling videos, Loops needs more
- educated opinions on world (and , we can't escape it, can't we)
- educated people who can keep us informed on and - things are moving fast and Tiktok is still a darn good source of information
- quick tutorials if you're good at stuff
- world food: recipes, grocery store shopping, restaurants
- although there are quite a few . Show us your rare gecko, we need it
If you're thinking oh huh, I could do that but I'm not a great filmmaker or anything, let me say it again: now's the time to get your shaky videos out. You won't be the only one, oh my trust me.
Everyone is kinda nice, you'll get a little bit of engagement, you'll have time to hone your craft, and it won't take a ton of your time because videos aren't going to go massively viral anytime soon. It's perfect to test it out and see if you like it!
