Had a vet appointment yesterday for my big girl. She had to be sedated because obviously hair clippers are murder-bots. Then she fell asleep on my shoulder. Yes, she was snoring.

I thought one of her eyes had a problem because it was smaller than the other. Only later did I realize it was due to a birthmark one eye had it, and the other didn't. One day, leaving the mall with my wife, he was there again with her. Suddenly, he held her and asked if we wanted her. I hesitated, but my wife didn't. We adopted her because he said he couldn't manage to take care of her anymore. He asked for nothing in return. We received one of the greatest gifts of our lives.
