Pixie (rightfully) doesn't like being in her tiny cage, and she came with clipped wings, so I made her a ladder to go from her cage to the floor. Now when she flies down she can go back inside when she wants, making it easier for her to explore while I sketch. She gets a larger cage Fri, when the boys get their larger cage delivered. Then she will get the one they are in all to herself, while I build an aviary or two.
Pax is enjoying the comfort of a deep sleep, getting recharged for tomorrow's antics.

Every day, several times a day, Pax comes and sits at my feet and begs me to play her little game. She wants me to move my fingers up and down on my chair so she can pounce on them. Thankfully, for the most part, she's learned to pounce gently!

The geese are back and so are the assholes who run at them. Today an entitled mom wanted to entertain her kid by quiet yelling at the goose and steeping really fast behind it to herd it towards her toddler. I almost yelled at her. Shes not a minority. And these entitled moms raise entitled children. You have to work hard to unwind childrens natural love of animals. Bad behavior is learned.
Sleepy time is almost upon us. Pax is on her way to Dreamland.
