Came across an orphan chick while walking my friend's dog. The retriever needed to be repeatedly told not to chomp the lonely little critter.

Rose update: On Tuesday, she had another very good report from her visit with the vet.
Her medication will continue to be one pill given every other day. This will probably be her routine for the foreseeable future.
