My childless neighbors bought a Rottweiler puppy to replace one that died
They both work far from home 12 hrs 5 days/wk
They ASSUMED, bec I'm not currently working, that I would spend my days taking their puppy out for walks every 2 hours for the foreseeable future
I am still grieving having to give my away 6 mo ago and the rescue not responding to any of my requests for info on how they're doing. I also support rescue pets not $$ purebreds
This couple is pressuring me, stalking me to see when I get up etc. I said no but they're still pressing
What do I do I can't piss them off but I won't do this
I love my work as an illustrator. I also love my work as a pet-sitter. I absolutely love it when my two jobs collide.

This is Bob
I always forget I live with a 35 kilograms, 70 centimeters to the shoulder, teenage wolfdog. That fucker gets up at 6 hour 30 every morning (basically her sleep rhythm follows the sun), always wants to play but step on my feet all the time, eat 5 kilograms of food per week minimum. On top of that she has 5 centimeter claws, some of her teeth are longer than 6 centimeters and she can jump as high as 2 meters 30.
We live in the middle of nowhere, but still sometimes we go into cities and I suddenly realize people have that kind of little pets they call dogs.
How weird.

Real progress! Our tabby named Sunday and our black cat named Peck are eating together, side by side. Not long ago this would have been impossible. There would have been hissing and fighting. But Sunday has come a long way in accepting Peck and the other 3 little foundlings into her life.
